OneTeam is a cloud-based dynamic work management platform which provides a workflow management and collaboration. The goal is to increase productivity and ROI by managing most of your workplace apps with a single login on one platform, single app. There are multiple functions for user to manage their works such as Task, Event, Messenger, Poll, Report, and so on
MY ROLE
As the only UX Designer/Engineer in the team, I participated in the whole process from research all the way to product development. I closely work with engineering team, leading user-centered design. Came up with the informational architecture of the app and designed wireframes, prototypes, and interactions for iOS and Android applications.

PROBLEMS
βFor current cloud-based management tools, they have multiple cloud webs and mobile applications which are Non-figurable to meet rapid changing business needs. Lack of end to end visibility for the management team and lack of cross-team communication and collaboration. Data Silos impairs productivity.
To solve these problems, Wavity,Inc introduces OneTeam which offers platform for next generation with wonderful features.
